Alan Sharman Agency recruits talent of all age groups for commercial, fashion and advertising photography, catwalk and fittings, promotional bookings, television featured, background and walk-on.
Bookings come from clients based all over Europe, so our talent have to be completely mobile, versatile and flexible.
An extensive wardrobe is essential as - apart from fashion shoots - artists are expected to provide their own clothing plus accessories and competent to do their own hair and make-up to a high standard.
How to submit your information:
• Either email (JPEGs no larger than 1MB in total) or apply by Post - sending a stamped self-addressed envelope with your application if you wish your photos to be returned.
• Pictures not accompanied by an S.A.E are discarded after two weeks if your application is unsuccessful.
Each week we get many applications, so please be patient, we will attempt to reply within twenty one days with honest feedback.

NEW FACE - MODELS
Requirements: Girls a minimum height of 5’7” (170 cm) over 16 years up to 49 years. Males from 18 years with a minimum height of 5’10” (178 cm). You must be fit and healthy, with clear skin, even teeth and balanced body proportions. You’ll also need to be adaptable, reliable and responsible for yourself. It’s a very demanding career and you should have a clear idea of what you want to achieve whilst remaining flexible in your approach. We will help you do this. As established professionals with many years of experience we take our responsibilities very seriously. If accepted to the agency, we will encourage your development.

MODEL - KIDS
Requirements: Outgoing and well-behaved children of all ages up to 16 years, average height for age. Acting experience is an advantage but not essential. Parents must be committed, as bookings will take place Monday - Friday. You must have the transport to get your child to any location on time. Your child needs a license to work - don’t worry we arrange this on your behalf, and will talk further with you if accepted. If your child takes direction easily and is friendly and outgoing, please send us at least 3 to 4 recent clear snapshots of them (they do not need to be professional shot at this stage) including a close up headshot and a full length photo, their DOB & height, CV (if applicable) together with all your contact details.

REAL - ADULTS
Requirements: Everybody wants to be on TV and in adverts but it is a professional job. All our ‘Real’ talent and walk on artistes must have their own transport and get to various locations on time - which can be very early. Bookings are mainly Monday - Friday but can also be evenings or weekends. There are no restrictions on age, shape, gender, appearance or background, just be punctual and enthusiastic. If you are adaptable, reliable and responsible then please send 3 or 4 clear current snapshots (they do not need to be professional shot at this stage) including a close up headshot and a full length photo, together with your personal details, height and DOB not forgetting your telephone number & email. HANDS & FEET
Requirements: Hands or Feet in excellent condition - no scars, tattoos or marks, in good proportion & shape.
This can be an interesting part of the industry and very rewarding for the right person. Attention to fine detail is vital along with patience and the ability to take direction from the client/photographer.
